It looks like BlueMile, our host provider, has decided to step away from the dedicated server market. This means that Mizozo now has to find another host, set up the environment, move all the stuff across, test to make sure things are operating properly, and all the other fun stuff. This is definitely the most pain in the ass thing we can possibly do.
To make matters worse, they failed to let us know (and apparently we aren't alone in this), so we have about 1 week to move all our stuff across or we will suffer some serious outages. This is INCREDIBLY inconvenient.
So, it looks like my weekend is about to get very busy, and if I can't get things working quick enough Mizozo may go down. I am just giving you all a heads up in case something like this happens, even though I plan to do everything in my power to ensure that it doesn't.
No, you were not alone. After repeatedly telling me that they have been sending me email since early December and to check my spam filter, "Millie" from their support shop sends out a another email. This time to several persons (by the way it's worded).
